Kaffeine Cartel, the lobby café located at 32 Martin Place, faces out to the iconic Martin Place. There were major structural constraints and requirements for this site. Space was at a premium, however, clever planning was applied to place all the equipment and services needed to run this successful lobby café. Our scope included full design, documentation, liaising with services consultants and fit out contractors.

On behalf of Daniel and I an enormous thank you for your wonderful work in the building of our cafe Kaffeine Cartel.
Our site (like many) had its challenges but your innovation, clarity and logical approach resulted in an amazing space – both aesthetically and operationally.
Your commercial reality is refreshing and of course a critical component in the creation of a viable and sustainable business model.
