Tight spaces were turned into efficient spaces, dead space turned into premium display space & council requirements creatively worked around.
As a lot of the retailers were first time independent operators, this required a lot of negotiation, intimate knowledge of BCA regulations and a lot of patience, tact and diplomacy. Terri was the conduit between leasing executives, retailers and fit out contractors.
Terri understands the retail delivery process and works with all stakeholders to ensure good outcomes not just for us as the landlord, but also the tenants.

Terri has a proven track record in practical and creative design solutions. Her design experience covers; Retail, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Aged Care, Commercial and Residential.
