DG worked on this neighbourhood shopping centre at Caddens Corner for our clients Kaipara Property Group and Western Suburbs University. This greenstar new build designed by Nettleton and Tribe Architects is anchored by Woolworths with 31 tenancies including a gym, childcare centre and a dining precinct. In our role as Design Managers, we worked closely with the team to meet expected design criteria and guide the tenants and designers through the approval and build process.

IDG also produced the Fit-Out Guidelines for this project.
