This unit is located on a park and has views to the local rock pool. The original building was constructed in 1958, and the previous owners had owned the unit for 19 years. Our clients wanted a modern open plan design that would still work as an entertaining area for friends and family. The area is small, and the original layout did not take advantage of the fabulous park and ocean views.

The bathroom was dated and was an inefficient use of space. The space was gutted. Walls were removed new large sliding doors installed to the balcony and new blackbutt timber flooring throughout. A new bathroom, new kitchen was installed along with clever bespoke joinery for the necessary storage to the bedroom and dining area. The result is a bright sunny beachside unit that works for 2 or as a entertaining area for the family.
