Our Red Bottle client had an existing store in One Central Park for 8 years. They were given the opportunity to expand into the adjacent tenancy. This increased not only their retail floor space but positioned the entrance directly opposite the Woolworths shopfront. The challenge was to utilise the larger shopfront area not block site lines and maintain stock levels.
