I had the pleasure of working with Terri Wilson for 3 years at Lidcombe Shopping Centre. The centre underwent a complete refurbishment in 2015 with the introduction of three majors and 69 specialty shops. Terri was the Retail Design Manager overseeing a team of three tenancy co-ordinators, responsible for approving every retail design and ensuring regulatory compliance. As a lot of the retailers were first time independent operators, this required a lot of negotiation, intimate knowledge of BCA regulations and a lot of patience, tact and diplomacy.

Terri was the conduit between leasing executives, retailers and fit out contractors. Following initial Cat 1 works, Terri ensured that tenancy hand overs were achieved on time and within budget. Thanks to her experience, attention to detail and innovative design options the results of the retail fit outs at Lidcombe are superior to those one would expect in a suburban sub regional centre. Terri was a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending her.
